Return and Refund Policy

  • All purchased merchandise are non-returnable and non-refundable. For wrongly sent items, refer to “Replacement Policy for Wrong Merchandise Sent”.
  • All Like-New/Used books are purchased “as is”.
  • For merchandise that is undelivered and/or unclaimed by the customer from the courier company and the merchandise is returned to PJ Preloved House, the redelivery cost for the merchandise is borne by the customer.
  • PJ Preloved House is not responsible for lost merchandise during shipment by the courier service provider.

 

Replacement Policy for Wrong Merchandise Sent

  • Wrong merchandise sent are eligible for a replacement with the originally purchased product, free of charge.
  • Identification photographs of the merchandise and original receipt are required.
  • All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. This includes bubble wraps, packaging fillers, etc.
  • All shrink-wrapped merchandise are non-returnable and non-refundable if opened.
  • A request for a merchandise replacement must be submitted within three (3) days of the date of receiving as recorded by the courier service provider.
  • A wrongly sent merchandise(s) can only be replaced with the originally purchased merchandise stated on the original receipt.
  • PJ Preloved House reserves the right to withhold the refundable monies pending the receival of the returned merchandise and product verification.
  • In the event PJ Preloved House is unable to fulfil a replacement request, the customer shall be eligible for a full refund to the account originally charged.
  • PJ Preloved House reserves the right to refuse a replacement for any merchandise.
  • For merchandise that is undelivered and/or unclaimed by the customer from the courier company and the merchandise is returned to PJ Preloved House , the redelivery cost for the merchandise is borne by the customer.
  • PJ Preloved House is not responsible for lost merchandise during shipment by the courier service provider
